Britlaw Solicitors has been providing immigration advice since 2021, originally as an IAA-regulated practice. Following our authorisation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, we now operate as a fully regulated solicitors' firm — bringing the same depth of immigration expertise to clients under SRA regulation, with the ability to take on a wider range of work as we grow.
We act for individuals, families, sponsors, and employers across the full range of UK immigration matters. Our practice covers:
Skilled Worker visas, settlement, family applications, and visa routes for individuals and families coming to or remaining in the UK.
Sponsor licence applications, compliance audits, suspensions and revocations, and civil penalty matters for UK businesses.
Administrative review, immigration appeals before the First-tier Tribunal, judicial review, and human rights-based applications.
